Mr. Ivan Hor Peng Kan worked in a Consulting Engineering firm for 8 years (Sepakat Setia Perunding: 1974 – 1978 and Petar Reka Brunei: 1988 to 1990). Ivan spent 10 years with Syarikat Perumahan Pegawai Kerajaan from 1978 to 1988.

  1. 5 years with Sunrise Berhad as Assistant Development Manager for projects in Mont Kiara, Mont Kiara Pines, Mont Kiara Palma and Mont Kiara Pelangi: approximate GDV of RM472million
  2. 5 years with Sepang Permai Sdn Bhd (now Plenitude Berhad) as General Manager developing 476 acres of mixed development at Taman Putra Permai: approximate GDV RM2.8billion
  3. 5 years as General Manager, Development with Bukit Kiara Properties: from 2001 to 2006
    – 12 units condovilla and 31 units of bungalows: GDV RM95million
    – 188 units of condominium at Hijauan Kiara: GDV RM244million
  4. 7 years as General Manager and Director with Almaharta Sdn Bhd: from 2006 to 2013
    – 340 units Suria Jelatek Residence (development and construction): GDV 80million
    – 472 units Picasso Condominium at Jelatek Ampang (planning stage): GDV 750million
